Launching the 4th and final chapter of the Lady Grey series, Dior asked us to create an innovative approach to the online launch of the Lady Grey London movie directed by John Cameron Mitchell and starring Marion Cotillard.

The new Lady Grey handbag and the exclusive movie were presented at a London PR event, where we invited selected online influencers to join. We also imagined a print-to-mobile experience provided by Wimo mobile application. Wimo was the first to use image recognition, in place of a QR code, to link with online/mobile extra contents. 

Scanning paper cards of the official campaign visual, the attendants would have direct access to the new Lady Dior movie playing on their smartphone. After they downloaded the app and tried it, people were struck by the instantaneous and magical aspect of the operation, not knowing the technology.

We pushed a mobile landing page online in case the movie would not play as expected (poor network reception, techical failure...). The user would simply have access to the movie through this page instead of scanning the visual.
